Aviv Group operates in New York through Be Aviv, an investment company that provides real estate loans.
Be Aviv By Aviv Group, owned by Doron Aviv and Dafna Harlev, has operated in New York since 2014. Its projects include The Grand Mulberry, which was awarded a prestigious Brick in Architecture Awards’ Gold prize for commercial brick buildings in 2022.
The design of this unique project, wrapped in real clay bricks, was entrusted to the architectural firm Morris Adjmi Architects. The Grand Mulberry’s design was seamlessly adapted to its neighborhood, characterized by traditional Italian construction. The building, located at the corner of Mulberry 155 and Grand streets in Manhattan’s Little Italy, is seven stories and contains 20 housing units.
Another of our New York residential projects is located at 222 Johnson Avenue, Brooklyn, in the East Williamsburg neighborhood. The project contains 116 apartments for rent and is supported by Bank Leumi USA.
Finally, our 177 Chrystie Street project in Manhattan contains 78 housing units. It was designed by ODA Architecture and is also supported by Bank Leumi USA.
