Aviv in Ahimeir Limited Edition was built by Aviv Group according to Tel Aviv’s highest construction standards and designed by the architect Avner Yashar. The 17-story tower has 65 exquisite apartments situated above commercial spaces and includes a gym, sauna, outdoor pool, and a lobby staffed 24/7, among other amenities.

In September 2024, the project and its architect, Avner Yashar, were awarded a prestigious prize in an annual international competition held by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH). The esteemed international award was an enormous honor for Aviv Group and the State of Israel.
