The “Aviv in Levontin” project is a fashionable residential complex consisting of two buildings on the corner of Levontin, HaRakevet, and Mikve Israel streets, a one-minute walk from the lively Rothschild Boulevard.
The new building restores the original structure of the Phoenix House with a curved facade that follows the street’s contour. The complex, designed by Bar Orian Architects, won first place in the 2015 “Sign of Design” contest in the residential complexes category.
