These famous office towers became a growth engine for Tel Aviv’s old Central Bus Station and are now part of the developing business complex in south Tel Aviv.
Built in 1995, the complex was the first to spread the architectural gospel of the modern American city in Israel and accelerated development of the old Central Bus Station neighborhood in Tel Aviv.
The complex — made up of three terraced buildings of 10, 14, and 18 stories — covers an area of 70,000 square meters. Its buildings stand out from their surroundings due to their prominent use of green and copper shades. The architect Israel Goodovitch created an aesthetic dialogue between the complex and the landmark Beit Hadar building, which stands opposite the Aviv Towers and is reflected in the glass wall that envelopes the buildings.
