The Moshe Aviv Tower is one of Israel’s most impressive architectural achievements. Inspired by New York City’s skyline, the tower’s reflective glass, granite, and aluminum give it a futuristic appearance. Sleek, industrial finishes harmonize the building’s internal and external design elements.

The tower is used for both residential and commercial purposes. Floors 55 through 65 contain 98 apartments of varying sizes. Spacious penthouses with huge balconies and jaw-dropping panoramic views are on the building’s uppermost floors.

The tower’s apartments have a separate and elegantly decorated entrance lobby, with a magnificent chandelier made of Swarovski stones. Residents enjoy a sports, fitness, and health club that includes a well-equipped gym, a luxurious spa, a room for therapeutic treatments, and a semi-Olympic swimming pool. The tower also offers a beautiful synagogue, a ground level with fashionable restaurants and cafes, shops, a bank, and an airplane landing pad on its roof.
