The Center’s three buildings include an 18-story business tower with offices and medical clinics, the Vital Business Boutique Hotel, the Baby Lis Maternity Hotel, and a commercial center with a gym.

The Center is also home to Palace Tel Aviv, which includes 11 stories of assisted living facilities and therapeutic treatments of the highest standard. The building is designed in the style of a European palace and features 231 luxury apartments, a library, event hall, movie theater, swimming pool, restaurants, and more.

All of the project’s construction work, including its meticulous finishing, was executed by Aviv Group. The project also includes an underground parking structure with 2,300 parking spaces across five different lots covering an area of approximately 90,000 square meters.
