Bachar House — The original building designed by the architect Yehuda Magidovitch was masterfully restored under the direction of the architect Amnon Bar Or, known for his superb restorations of Tel Aviv’s historical buildings. One of the Bachar House’s facades faces the Rothschild 22 tower’s lobby, creating a harmonious combination of classic and contemporary.
The Atrium — Rothschild 22 and Bachar House are connected through a modern glass atrium that rises to a dramatic height. The tower’s lobby has a chic cafe where tenants can meet and host guests. The tower and atrium were designed by well-known architect Moshe Tzur, and public spaces were designed by Orly Shrem.
Hotel Rothschild 22 — Managed by the Fattal Hotels Group, Hotel Rothschild 22 was designed by the renowned Ari Shaltiel, and its location in the heart of the bustling, prestigious Rothschild Boulevard gives its guests the perfect Tel Aviv experience.
