An apartment rental company awarded Aviv Group the tender to establish and manage a residential project for long-term rental in Ramat HaSharon. The project allows families to live in new, well-designed apartments within a centralized, high-quality city. Residents can enjoy a long-term rental contract, which gives renters a secure and stable living situation. The innovative rental housing project began accepting tenants in 2017.
The residential complex includes 281 apartments in three 13-story buildings and one 21-story building, which feature underground parking structures and storage rooms. The project is located on Hativat Alexandroni Street in east Ramat HaSharon, close to main roads and highways. It offers green public spaces, including an extensive garden with playground facilities and playrooms.
Seventy of the project’s apartments are intended for Ministry of Construction and Housing beneficiaries. These tenants pay a controlled rent about 20% below the market price, which is linked to the Consumer Price Index and updated periodically.
Aviv Sheli’s apartments have a three-year initial rental period, followed by optional three- and four-year extensions (10 years total). Tenants are selected in a controlled lottery among holders of a government-issued eligibility certificate.
The rest of the project’s housing units are rented on the open market for five-year periods with the option to extend for another five years.
